What is Grief Coaching?

In essence, grief coaching is a personalized approach to healing from loss. It's not about "fixing" your grief or rushing you through the process but rather providing a safe space for you to explore your emotions, gain clarity, and discover coping strategies that work best for you.
As a grief coach, I cannot diagnose or pull apart the "why" of the past. But, we work together to discover the "what now and what's next?" of the present and future. We move forward from today.
